A Thom Yorke costume would not constitute as a haloween costume. 
He's way too amazing to be scary. I'd dress as Mikhail without his eyepatch if I really wanted to scare.
And yes they were having dinner. It was actually quite funny thinking about it, having a vampire turning up at your door while you were enjoying a nice bottle of red wine.
