Ben is a pimp theory

When Ben, gave John is weapon of choice before being hit in the face, I think that at the end of the season Ben will end up in the Desert with the jacket on (which he did). That is why Charles say's you cant find the Island because once it was moved, they both had to start over.

I'm not sure I understand this theory but I'm tempted to give it a +1 just for the title alone

Very good eye on the similarity of Ben coming to in the desert (Tunisia, wasn't it?) and Jack coming to at the very begining of the pilot.

As for Ben not knowing where the island moves to... I find that one hard to buy. Ben always knows and always has a plan. I can't see him letting something that big get beyond him.

And about "weapon of choice"... I'm just not following what you mean there. Which one of the hundred's of Ben-Locke interactions are you speaking about specifically?

This notion that Ben can not find the island is a common misconception arising from Charles Widmormore's statement that "the hunt is on for both of them".

What it actually means though is that:

Charles Widmore's hunt is for the island and
Benjamin Linus' hunt is for Penelope Widmore.


Though quite a few people on the WWW have thought that both are looking for the island
