Spell checking utility.

If you are like me, then you make mistakes while posting.

One tool I use frequently is Firefox's spell checker. To add it to Firefox, go to Tools, Add-ons, and Get Extensions at the lower right of the window. You can do a search for dictionary and take your pick.

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can use ieSpell http://www.iespell.com/. It integrates itself into IE and works the same way.

Using either is simple. When you are finished typing, right click and choose the spell check option. It will underline or highlight the words that are suspect and suggest changes.

Cheers!

You are welcome. Do you use firefox or IE as your internet browser?

Since making the switch to Firefox I haven't looked back. There are tons of useful add-ons and themes available online. The fact that's it's open source is awesome.

I only use IE if I need to connect to my works server from home, other than that its firefox all the way baby! I have it totally customized to my own tastes and preferences with the spellchecker ofc, and will never go back!

Word Jax. Do you use Adblock Plus? It's a sweet extension. It even blocks the ads when watching LOST on the ABC site.

By the way, the LOST countdown timers are great.

Since we are on the topic of Firefox, here is how I have modified it:

Add-ons = Adblock Plus, Print Preview, PDF Download, Toolbar Buttons, & USA Dictionary

I'm currently using a theme called Winstripe that mimicks Firefox 1.5 in terms of looks. I didn't like the icons for 2.0.
