What other TV do you watch?
What else do you watch other than lost?
I have to admit, I thought I was a trekkie unitl Lost began, and that completely surpasses my previous obsession. Nothing is quite like it and I feel very lucky to be one of the original viewers. This whole thing is going to be repeated for generations I think...and we saw it first!!
Anyway, the only other TV I really watch religiously is Star-trek, Hollyoaks, BB, X-Factor (I'm auditioning for this on the 24th - YIKES!) and any docu's about philosophy, the universe, society and the state of the planet etc.
Sometimes if we are hungover and cant be arsed to go anywehre we watch property and DIY programmes on day-time TV, but most of the time if there isnt something on that we actually want to watch we download something or use Virgins on demand to find something interesting to watch.
haha just realised how much I waffle after 3 glasses of wine

Re: What other TV do you watch?
I used to watch heroes, and I am folliwing prison break (also two and a half men, seinfeld to have some humor -but I have a lot with sawyer). However, there is no comparisition with Lost... I mean, my whole week goes around the day Lost is aired. Is the best series ever....
I also watch a lot of National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, History Channel and everything with nice, neat and interesting documentaries (The PBS ones are awesome... you should watch "Elegant Universe" and BBC¨s "Planet earth").
And a lot of sport´s... I love anything on ESPN or FOXSports.
I agree with u: This whole thing is going to be repeated for generations.
SB.

Nothing compares to lost, past or present NOTHING. But Heroes is good, Earl is funny I love the office used to watch prison break but thought it was to unrealistic( funny for a lost fan) also like 24, smallville and most things on the discovery channel.

Re: What other TV do you watch?
WTF, you watch BSG...I love you.
Puchita, I USED to love you but I am a Steelers fan...alas, our love was not meant to be
I am in between getting my cable disconnected and putting up a satellite dish so now all I watch is Lost and BSG streaming online.
But aside from those two, all I usually watch is discover channel/history channel sorts of programming and most versions of Star Trek (the remastered TOS version is pretty cool)
and, of course, Scrubs.

awww mshl.. its unfortunate you're a steelers fan, but we still have Lost. And i'm a history major so i can appreciate the rest... lets just stick to the Lost-obsession, cause if i go into Star Trek-ickiness you'll hate me!

Re: What other TV do you watch?
For me, in no particular order: Heroes, House, 24, The Office, Earl, 30 Rock (Thursday night is a busy night for me), The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, South Park, Family Guy, The Simpsons (they helped to raise me, and I'm still a loyal viewer), and I as well am a huge trekkie - The Original Series and The Next Generation (and the films they spawned) - I like the other incarnations, but never got into them quite as much.
Besides episodic TV, I watch a lot of Discovery Channel and its baby channels (Animal Planet, Science Channel, etc.). Oh, and Jeopardy when I catch it.

Re: What other TV do you watch?
Here are my picks...

- American Football when it's in season - Go COLTS!
- Modern Marvels on The History Channel which is fast becoming the Cryptozoology Channel.
- Top Chef on Bravo (the only "reality" show I can stomach - pun intended).
- Monty Python's Flying Circus & Fawlty Towers when it's on the local PBS station
- Documentaries both on T.V. and online (check out this link http://www11.alluc.org/alluc/documentaries.html)
- Anthony Bourdain - No Reservations to save the best for last.
