Jacob/Locke ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Take a look at the still pic of Jacob in The Man Behind the Curtain people (i am unaware how to insert it into this post but for those of you who don't have it to hand just look at Angelo Comets analysis on Episode 4.12) ..... now do the following....

curl your little finger so it surrounds the outside of Jacob's face, in essence eliminating his hair.....

now look the silhouetted face underneath your finger......

now tell me that that isn't John Locke!

The nose is more like Locke's, but it's not either of them. I dunno who it will be though lol

You guys know that the actual footage is not even a cast member, don't you? It was a crew member who was basically just a stand-in until they decide who, if anyone, will play Jacob. I searched for a photo of that guy for the last half-hour and can't find it. But I saw it a while back, and it was definitely that same guy, a crew member.

Jacob is Jacob. Not John or Horace. Jacob is a character we haven't been introduced to formally yet. And may never be introduced too, just told about from Christian.

I agree with Hope. He is his own person. Or he could be a big brother type character, from 1984.

I am certain Jacob is a unique identity, also. And I think Horace has been seen in Jacob's cabin. Ergo:

If we don't meet Jacob before the end of this season I for one am going to be mighty peed off.

I don't think we will meet jacob unil the final episode of the entire series. If he ends up being Jack, I'm going to go on a murderous rampage.

I don't think Jacob will end up being , but he might turn out to be related to one of the main characters.

One thing I can say is that this forum will remain open aslong as there are members.....it would be cool to keep it going afterwards but you know....if you just want to hang out for the beers and leave when it comes to clearing up......I'll understand

I have been sure for a while now that Locke is Jacob...he just hasnt become Jacob yet. Whether that is physically or meta-physically remains to be seen...but yeah I think Locke is Jacob too.

I think Locke has a nose job and joins hairclub 4 men,lol. No I agree with raven and eda( and not just because there atractive women) jacob is jacob but most likley a relative, i`m now thinging Christians Father.

I don't even think that Jacob ever made any list.

There are no official images of Jacob yet. According to an E! Online interview on May 23rd 2007, in response to the question if the role of Jacob had already been cast, Damon Lindelof stated "False; you do see a guy, but... I'm still sticking to my false."

SunnyP I am glad to hear this place will stay I hope like you have said in another post we will be like the trekies and we will go back and saw it first run. hopefully in the years to come we will post the things we did not pick up on the in the first airing of the show.
