5.4 "Family Matters" by JWLost

Getting sucked in are ya? Well, I promise it only starts getting more action packed and crazy from here on out!

Episode Synopsis: With Sun, Ben and Widmore hot on the trail of the island we switch back to where we left Charlotte and Sawyer off. Cindy is dead and Charlotte found her mother on the island, but how? "Family Matters" dives deeper into just how important family is on LOST and some loose ends become connected for Charlotte's past. Locke and Rose finally climb down the new hatch and are shocked at what they find as Juliet and Harper encounter some old threats in the icy jungle. Another new faces joins the Losties, but just who is he?

Wow.. I like the synopsis too!

I'm going to start commenting when you release 5.6 We should have a red carpet, Losties only, viewing (before the other riff-raff gets to see it!)

JW, halfway through episode 4. Your 'Sawyer' is perfect I can hear him say everything exactly as he does on the show.

And your Rose ain't too bad either.

The polar bear not dying instantly was very realistic compared to the man who did.

Ok my overall imression of the episode.

The character were written very well, I paticullary liked Charlotte, Sawyer and Rose. Very lost like.

The island story was great and a liked the other island episode too. I prefer these to the off island ones.

You stuck to the format of season three and two it has that feel. Its good I prefered those seasons to 4.

Your endings are getting better each time, great lost twisters. You've got a great imagination.

Overall it was great. If you want a point to work on I would say.... some of the characters dialouge doesn't seem like something that they would say.

And by the way I had to think for a few minutes to actually think of a point you could work on.

Thanks Stickdude!! I agree that I really don't harness Locke quite that well, but I got a compliment on my writing for him in my later episodes, so maybe I cleared that up as I went. I think I did a good Miles and a good Juliet as well, but that is just my opinion. Glad you like it! Yeah, the endings get better I think too, but isn't that how it should be with a serial drama? I know the Lost writers stagger their endings and that is something I would change. Thanks again! On to 5.5!
