Flash forwards

It seems there have been some things happening in the flashforwards that normaly happen ON the Island.

1. 
   In “Something Nice Back Home” Jack sees his dead father, Hurley Sees Charlie in “the Beginning of the End. Dead people are seen on the island not off the Island.
   
2. 
   Hurley hears the “whispers” in There’s no Place Like Home part 1”
   

Also, Every thing in the flash forwards seem too perfect , but not.


Jake and Kate - the perfect Family- not quite
Sayid and Nadia Together at last- oops not for long
Hurley’s car fixed- oops “the Numbers”
Sun- bought the company- probably a mistake we’ll see

I don’t think the flash forwards or real.
Does anyone have any thought or explanations?

I think they are real. I think the creators have told us they are real. I think the fact that the Oceanic 6's lives off the Island are less than idyllic are a major factor in Jack's "We have to go back!" cry at the end of Season 3.

How do you explaine Jack's Dad an the Whispers?

I have a theory that the Oceanic 6 were never meant to leave the Island. At least, the Island didn't want them to leave.

So the Oceanic 6 are being tormented by the Island. By the likes of Charlie and Christian and (for Michael) Libby. Charles Widmore, if he's been to the Island, requires whiskey at nights to help him sleep without nightmares. And we've heard that Walt has trouble sleeping because of nightmares too. . .

Ooooh, I forgot Walt was having trouble sleeping too...Good catch!

The question I have is, are Chris Sheppard and Charlie Pace (and possibly more) Dead? OK, yes, we witnessed Charlie dies, but something he said to Hurley implied he's not truly a ghost, per se. With all this time leaping, are they dead and ghosts (dreams, nightmares, what-have-you), or are they manefestations of the time paradox caused by existing before their own death. Remember that Desmond's own consciousness shifted between 2 points in his own lifetime. Could Charlie and Christian be both dead in one timeline, and not in another, and thus manifesting their own consciousnesses in the realities where they aren't (neccessarily) dead?

We have seen Charlie in the process of drowning but we haven't actually seen a dead body for Chalie. Who knows he might be alive in the Orchid for all we know. Doing a Richard Alpert and making unexpected appearances at unexpected times.

Could be, but has anyone listened to whispers at hugo's party. It doesnt sound like the people hiding.
