Seriously. How do you empty your pm box so new messages can get in. I keep hearing that they are being sent back & my PM is full, but I can't figure out how to get the old ones off!! Please advise...Shannin Sad

Blonde.. Check the boxes to the right of the message. Then look below. It has a "delete checked messages" button. Press it and confirm the deletion.
