Lost & Battlestar Galactica...so similar it's scary!

I've always felt that Lost and BSG are very similar shows...both have many similarities and are so dissimilar from other shows on TV...apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so...

notice the symbol on the nose of the BSG MK-II Viper.

Now let's look at the characters on the two shows...

The problem children


the Jesus look alikes before facial hair


and after


The humorless, overly-intense type-A studs


Not-so-likeable military types with eye-patches


Pain in the ass, shoot first Latinas


Funny looking mystery babies


Large, adorable hairy guys


Hot Asian chicks with mysterious pregnancies


Expendable young guys who's characters, in the end, went nowhere


And creepy bad guys who take a beating but keep coming back


I wish I could remember the site where I got most of these pics but, whatever it was, it showed what I have always kinda felt; that BSG and Lost were completely different but strangely alike.
