I generally say "Just about everything but Country and Rap", but that's not even true. I like DMX, Run DMC, and absolutely love Johnny Cash.

I'm into Rock, Rock n Roll, Hard Rock, Classic Rock, Prog Rock, and Punk Rock;
Metal, Progressive Metal, Speed Metal, and just a little bit of Death Metal;
Punk, Post-Punk, and New Wave, Alternative, and Grunge;
Jazz, Big Band, Swing, neo-Swing, and Rockabilly.
Basically, Alice in Chains, Apocolyptica, Johnny Cash, the Clash, the Cure, Dead Kennedy's, Green Day, Lionel Hampton, Billy Joel, Kiss, Metallica, Pearl Jam, Queensrÿche, Radiohead, the Rat Pack, Buddy Rich, Run DMC, Brian Setzer, Shakira, Soundgarden, ZZ Top, and everything in between.

From 80s Rock: Guns and Roses, Def Leppard, Journey, Motley Crue, Poison, Tesla, and basically any other Hair Band I missed.

To Harder Newer Rock: Flyleaf, Linkin Park, Buckcherry, Papa Roach, Theory of a Dead Man, Hinder, etc.

To Some Pop: Maroon 5, Three Doors Down, and others I am forgetting.

And finally, if you grow up where I have grown up (Northeast PA), you have no choice but to love Country music. Some of my faves are Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Brooks and Dunn, Rascal Flatts, and lots lots more.

Sorry Puchita, I am not a big hip hop fan, but I do gotta say I LOVE RHIANNA! She is gorgeous and has one of the sexiest voices I have ever heard.

Its cool. Hip hop is not everyones thing, but since you like Rock you may like The Roots. They are a band, drummer and all, but definitely hip hop. Rhianna is cute.

I can say I have of The Roots, but I have never heard them. I will have to look into them. You are not the first one that has told me that they are pretty good.

"Do you want some more" and "Things fall apart" are their best two albums. Favorite song "its a lazy afternoon"

If you like hip-hop and want to try some rock, check out Linken Parks album "Reanimation". Its the remix version of "Hybrid Theory" and it might just be the best hip-hop/rock album I have ever heard.

I think when hip-hop and rock meets, aslong as it is done right, its awesome

not a big hip hip, rap fan myself. But these two cd's i have totally kick arse if you like hip-hop thats heavy on the rock.

I've only even heard of The Stone Roses and The Strokes. I love the Stone Roses, though.
