R2D2
I'm not sure if this was pointed out before, but R2D2 was obviously built by/for The Dharma Initiative.
Note the Dharma logo near the bottom of his "torso."
So, it's pretty clear to me that Dharma was around a long time ago - in galaxies far, far away anyhow.

I thought that Star Wars took place in the future, so they will be around for a much longer time than we all thought

The opening of each film begins with "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away..."
Unless you go with Blue Harvest (Family Guy's take on the original film). They used "A long time ago, but somehow in the future..."

Haha. I loved that episode. When they try to get the sofa onboard the millenium falcon.

But that's not a logo, that's his power recharge port. Does that mean that Dharma was making droid chargers a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away?

And you make me feel way too literal sometimes.
