Whats your inner age?

Had this conversation with a few people and I always find the answers people give fascinating

So what is your inner age, and why?

By inner age, I mean, the age you feel and the age you either look forward to becoming, or look back on with fondness as it was you.

My inner age is 21. I always felt before then that I was older than I was, that I was just passing time until I reached the age of 21 and would become myself. Its why I had kids young and had 2 daughters by the time I was 21 - I wasn't irresponsible, just more mature than other girls my age.

Since then, I have kind of stayed at how I was then. I have learned and become wiser, more mature in how I make decisions, and developed in life as any other woman my age has - but I still have that same attitude and I still feel 21. I hope it lasts

21 lasts as long as you want it to SBP!

I am 37 and 3/4's, and I still feel 21. Being at University surrounded by 21 year olds has helped too. I DREAD getting very old, as OAP's are not exactly treated with dignity.

AC 5o thats perfect. I`m 33 and feel as young as I date soooo let`s say 25.

I'm young at heart. Very young in fact! I still live in a perfect world and watch animes. People who see me think I'm a sophisticated and calm lady. But my parents, husband and close friends know me better! I'm the loudest in parties and get excited over things just like a kid. I say it's as if I'm still a teenager!

Well, I'm only 23, but I'd say 21 as well. I still almost say 21 when people ask how old I am lol...I know I'm getting older, but it's weird to me because I still feel like a kid. Like, my boyfriend of 3.5 years and I are talking about buying a house and that weirds me out because I feel I'm too young to be buying a house, and that that's what "grown-ups" do lol...

Some days i feel like i'm 18 again,.... and them some days i feel like if F'n 18 again.

I guess it depends who I'm with. With younger folk, i feel like i've made it to my 30s already. Especially when they don't know who TLC or Boyz II Men are - THAT WASNT THAT LONG AGO! sorry just remembering an incident with my 18 year old sister n law.

At work, since i am the youngest, i feel like a teenage baby.


No age anxiety over here..... yeah right!

about 5 according to th misses hehe.

First time i realized just how old i was when i was watching Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure on TV with my kid, then found out it was made in 1988. Twenty %*$@#$!!! years ago!!

Depends - on here I feel twelve i feel normal. But around people my age I feel like thirty.

I totally agree,except I need to add one more age to that, Sometimes, as I was too honest when giving my Birthdate, so it is no secret now.
I honestly in my mind never feel my true age.

I believe that as that old saying goes"You are only as old as you feel."(or think)

Physically you may age ,but I don't think you ever need to age mentally,as long as you think young. I don't think that I look my age either.( At least that is what I am told.)

Well I actually am 21 (only for 6 more days) and I feel my age.

I always felt older than my age when I was in my teens. I hung out with plenty of people several years older than myself and felt like I was closer to their level. In fact, to this day I often relate better to people at least 10 years older than I. But to pin an age on how I feel is tough. I guess it depends on my mood and the folks around me. I think in a given week I'll feel anywhere from 20 to 40.

My back often plays a role in it too, making me feel twice my age at times. I can't imagine how bad it will be when I actually hit that age.

You can't beat 30, I think. I felt I was finally able to tell whoever I wanted, to go to hell at that age. I started to trust my own opinion.
But I don't actually feel any age at all. I've always felt the same (probably doesn't make sense but whats new?)

wow, I think that the question is complicated. As stated above, it depends. Around my brothers (who are only 2 and 3 years younger) I feel really old, because they are so immature. Around my kids I def feel younger, but they do that to me...I play and run around and dress up.

But I am still the craziest at parties and always the first to dress up on Halloween. I am 26 and I guess I feel 26, sometimes I just act younger.

I just hope that I can feel young when I am old. I don't want to mentally age anymore. I like 26. I am mature but still have fun. I like it. I don't want to get old and feel it, you know??
