items on the island and the others moving island on a daily basis

i think that most of the items on the island have been placed there because the island moved, for e.g te giant foot sayid and sun saw, the van that hurley drove, the polar bear ect. But wat i also found interesting was the richard guy who never ages, and i dont think he uses cream to keep his face exactly the same because it might be possible to move back into time and then to real time whenever he feels like it. or hes jacob and no one guessed that lol

Well the van was left from Darma days, I guess you could explain stuff on the island but it all depends on how the island travels.

Of the possible "items" you refer to, the one I'm most certain appeared on the island because the island moved and landed underneath of is the Black Rock. How else does a ship that big end up shipwrecked no where near the shore. The 4 toed statue is another option, because the rest of the statue may have crumbled into the sea as a result of the island appear underneath it.

With the Black Rock, i can totally agree. But as for the foot, i'm thinking that is from the same people who carved the glyphs on Bens secret door and the column in the wheel cave. And when the island moved before, the statue fell apart and that is all we see left.
I've always thought that was a nod to the poem Ozymandias.

Once there was a great advanced people on the island and all that remains is what pieces that are left behind.
Which makes me start buying the Atlantis theories more and more.
