Hi, my name is AngeloComet

Like many people, I came here as a result of the electromagnetic anomaly that disrupted lost-theories.com communications. That was then. This is now. And to paraphrase the singer Paul Young, wherever I lay my Lost posts, that's my home.

Who the hell am I? I'm just a guy. Probably be 30 by the time you read this but it's OK - people tell me I look and act older so for the past few years most colleagues and acquaintances have assumed I'm 30+ already. (At least I've always got their look of surprised delight when I tell them the truth. "Really!" they squeal. "I thought you were older!" Before they realise they've even insulted me, I smile and tell them I get that a lot.)

I blame it on early mornings delivering papers when I was teenager. No kid of mine will ever deliver morning newspapers. Lesson learned.

In real life I'm supposed to be getting married to my fiancee/Lost widow sometime next year. The details on that are being worked out. That's pretty much the most interesting thing I have to talk about at parties. (Funny how, at parties, very few people want to discuss which came first: The Sonic Fence or the Black Smoke? People just want to talk about house prices and food and shops and sport. I guess you know this. I guess this is why you come here.)

I only eat right when my fiancee cooks for me. Except for when I make beef stew. My beef stew is as good as it gets. I've got what can only be described as a perpetually bad hair 'style'. It doesn't matter if the 'style' changes, the badness remains. Forever. You get used to it when you realise vanity is pointless. My dress sense ain't no great shakes either. But on my side I've got a sharp sense of humour, bags of confidence and some fair old brain power. Everything evens out.

Around the site you can expect me to be a committed member. Chances are I'll post some form of comment on the theories you post. Chances are I'll reply with some argument or angle that questions the integrity of what you've put. Sometimes I do this to point out a flaw. Other times I do this to encourage greater conviction. Whichever way, I mean well. I don't have all the answers and I don't pretend to. I'm just here enjoying the show, feeling my way in the dark trying to figure out the shapes, just like everyone else!

I was perhaps a little premature regarding my own impending 30th (it's on the 26th!). But I'll bank the birthday wishes and save them for the, ah, big day.

I'll trade you 30 for 45 all day long...I am, however, the Richard Alpert of the internet so I'll see you all in 50 years...I'll still look...ummm...well, I guess 95 at that point.

Hi AC, man your blog was a lifesaver for so many when the Lost Theories Site closed down. I was so sad that the site was closed like that. I was so happy to be able to go to your blog and touch base with some familiar names. Hey man even if you put down any of my theories, which you prob will, you will still be always the hero of the end of lost-theories.com
