Re: What do I do for a living?
not on the first date!
Okay.
I am actually two of those things
I have been a club and mobile DJ for almost 30 years
And I manage a topless club.
HSM, that means there is no roof on the club
for the rest of you (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)

2) Full-time student
III) Newspaper editor
Δ) Retail manager
ə) Waste removal specialist

Starbuck!!!! Shame on you!
Arzt: I will go with 2. That would give you time to be in a band as well.

Re: What do I do for a living?
Blonde, what's wrong with being a dj?
A little clarification;
It was the best job in the world for the first five minutes of the first night...after that it became flipping burgers with 30 psychotic people.
Besides, it all balances out since my Starbuck has the molecular biologist/marine biologist thingy going for her...it make me look more smarterish.
And yes Tracker, I do make avatars at work. I love pizza but make me eat it 30 times a night and I won't stand it after a few days.
And most of the girls need help counting fingers...ain't the most intellectual group I've ever dealt with.

SomeArztOnYou:
I now realize that I've become my father. He thinks I'm an electrical engineer when I change the clock time from the flashing 12:00pm on his VCR.
I now assume anyone who knows how to type a "Schwa" must be some sort of savant. Therefore you are a commercial artist!

All right, that's enough guesses then...
And the winner is....vincentthedog
Yup, retail manager. Not too exciting.
And, as for the schwa, tracker, I don't know how to type it. I copied and pasted.

Irony of ironies: I have no idea what a schwa is but I am an aspiring commercial artist
And I am a retail manager of boobies

Re: What do I do for a living?
From Wikipedia:
In linguistics, specifically phonetics and phonology, schwa can mean:
* An unstressed and toneless neutral vowel sound in any language, often but not necessarily a mid-central vowel. Such vowels are often transcribed with the symbol /ə/, regardless of their actual phonetic value.
* The mid-central vowel sound (rounded or unrounded) in the middle of the vowel chart, stressed or unstressed. In IPA phonetic transcription, it is written as /ə/. In this case the term mid-central vowel may be used instead of schwa to avoid ambiguity.
* The Latin letter ə and the Cyrillic letter ә (see their respective articles).
