What is your favourite mystery you would like to be revealed in lost? And why? Mine is all the ghost-like appearences of Christian Shepherd and Walt and all those others. Why? Because it seems like one of the only things that cant be explained with logic on the show.

I really hope we hear and or see sometime in a future episode just how this island complex was built.
If getting to and from the island is such a problem (ie. Minkowski, the helicopter) then how did construction equipment, steel and concrete, brand new washer and dryer get there? The “box”? Of course if say a massive freighter carrying that cargo stayed on the 305 (or is it 325) course setting they could possibly do that. But why doesn’t this freighter? Why send this helicopter that apparently when it goes to and from the island, it takes off in daylight - finds a thunderstorm to fly through - then sets down 20 minutes later that afternoon?
I know this is just a crazy rant. But if we are supposed to belive in the valenzetti equation and the casimer effect quantum time shfit mechanics caused the islands crazy wackiness, then lets see how they dug up, tunneled out and buried all of these research stations that are connected to each other. I mean Dharma are just researchers right? How many contracters did it take to build that reaseach station?

Great question, Lat. I guess that would explain why they needed the financial backing of the mega-powerful Hanso foundation. But as to how... *shrug* Quantum Bulldozers?

Danielle Rousseau's science team. Why did she go on an expedition 7 months pregnant? What happened to Montand's arm? What was "the sickness"? How come she never saw The Others? Why was her accent not French? I want answers!

Maybe the better question is: What mystery not being revealed won't cause you to go postal?

The biggest mystery is why Benjamin never ever loses his temper he is always so polite, even after he has been beaten up. He is such a well spoken, polite and calm guy.

That is a big mystery to me!

Why, on all their travels, did neither the Losties nor the Tailies catch a glimpse of the "Alcatraz" island?

SBP - I think I once worked all that out once; checking where people had been (such as Desmond's yacht, the four-toed statue journey of Sayid, Jin and Sun and the trek the tailies made to the beach-camp) and, basically, it all worked out fine - so long as 'Alcatraz' (or the Hydra Island, as I like to call it) is on the North or North-East of the Island.

I've wondered about that too. Also wondered who did the manufacturing and labeling of Dharma foods, clothing, etc. ??
