In the house when it exploded. 2 things make me think this:

Bunny She said Charlies name when Saywer woke her up

Bunny When walking through the Jungle and she said she was ok, just a headache, but atleast she wasnt seeing things now.

I think Charlie somehow protected her from the worst of the explosion and saved her life, perhaps they were having a conversation when it happened?

I took it that she had been dreaming about Charlie, in an 'Island' dream type way. Which could probably be counted as seeing.

Yes, I agree with Lojozz, thought she was dreaming as well... But the "seeing stuff" part, was from a deleted scene, but I don't remember what the scene exactly was about...
